WIN CYCLOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIPS AT MOUNTAIN BIKES

We have been riding mountain bikes in the local Urban Cyclocross Series for 15 years. We have raced only full suspension rigs since 2002, and have won the Masters Championship three years in a row. The 35+ title was won aboard a 2003 Specialized S-Works FSR XC. We won the 45+ title on a Titus Racer X in 2005; last year we successfully defended the titleaboardour titanium Titus Racer X 244 cmer.

This issue of print, December 2007, features a story about how to convert your mountain bike into a winning CX weapon. It will be available within the next few weeks.

The Southern California Cyclocross schedule has been very busy through January 2008. It is easy to reach the race venues from the city. Many of the competitors are riding a mountainbike just like you. The short duration, ultra high intensitycompetitions are a great way to give your cardio system a quick blast. This helps maintain a high level of fitness, without completely draining your body.

This weekend, the MBA 2007/2008 cyclocross campaign starts in Palos Verdes Estates. The Urban courses, hosted by Back On Track Productions are very cool as they are technical enough to give mountain bikes more of a fighting chance.
